Our 200-hour yoga immersion is the perfect course for you. In this comprehensive course, we will explore the fundamentals of yoga philosophy, anatomy, asana (poses), sequencing, and teaching methodology. By the end of the training, you will not only have a deeper understanding of yoga but also the confidence and ability to share this ancient practice with others.
During the training, we will delve into the philosophy and history of yoga, providing you with a solid foundation for your practice and teaching. You will learn about the eight limbs of yoga, including ethical principles, breath control, meditation, and more. Understanding the philosophy behind yoga will not only enrich your personal practice but also enhance your ability to connect with your students on a deeper level. You will also explore the anatomy of the human body, learning about the key muscles and joints involved in each posture. This knowledge will allow you to teach yoga safely and effectively, helping your students to prevent injuries and get the most out of their practice.
One of the highlights of our 200-hour yoga immersion is the intensive asana practice. You will have the opportunity to develop a strong and balanced practice, exploring a wide range of yoga poses. From standing poses to inversions, backbends to twists, you will gain a deeper understanding of each posture and how it affects the body. Through regular practice, you will build strength, flexibility, and body awareness, enabling you to teach with confidence and guide your students towards their own personal growth. You will also learn how to create well-rounded sequences that flow seamlessly from one pose to another. By the end of the training, you will have designed your own class and have the skills to lead a full yoga session.
